Hibari Kyouya (雲雀 恭弥, Hibari Kyōya), is a Dive Therapist from Millefiore Village. His partner, Dino De Cavallone, is a Teru and together they maintains a Dive Shop in said village. He befriends Xanxus, because Dino is an old friend of him and Squalo. His speech is cold and rude, often use 'herbivore' to refer to anyone that is weaker than him, and 'kamikorosu' to threaten people around him. Despite the mean behaviour, he's quite warm and liking cute things such as Pippen, and he gives a very good service for his customers.
